I must say that I really love this phone! The master volume at it's highest level is still a bit low, but this is made better if you acquire a bluetooth. The battery life falters easily if you use the internet a lot or spend a lot of time on the apps that are in your widget. Overall, it's a fantastic phone, and the price is definitely a steal. It's very nice to have the option of the keyboard or touchscreen for texting and web browsing. The most pleasant part about receiving the phone is the fantastic service here at Let's Talk. Whether you chat, e-mail, or call them the representatives are very pleasant and knowledgable. I was updated about the progress of my order being shipped each time a new step was taken and the tracking via FedEx was very accurate and easy to check as well. I would definitely purchase from Let's Talk again.

I must say I was skeptical about buying a phone from LetsTalk, but this has got to be one of the best deals and service from a cell phone company that I have ever experienced. The quality of the Samsung Craft is very good for the price. But what really stood out was the service at LetsTalk. I will definitely purchase from here again. As a matter of fact I have already bought my mother a phone. Prices you can't beat and excellent service.

It is a nice looking phone. The camera and recorder are excellent but the service for internet is horrible through metropcs. I like the phone but can't download any apps and have to charge it every 4-6 hours

I love this phone its sweet. I just wished that this phone came with an Android. Nevertheless this phone is very handy and useful.

This phone is awesome the keyboard is awesome the camera is very good. I love how you can see the videos; they look beautiful on the screen, and the price was great too and is 4g. I love it the internet is super fast! Over all I will recomend this phone to a friend or family! =)
