Warning! Do not buy this phone even if it's on sale! Right now mine just froze and the screen kept blinking then turned off on it's own. I feel like hitting it against the floor because it's been doing this so much now. It use to be good a couple of months ago. I don't even have 4 walls of apps yet. Please don't waste your money on this. I'm gonna switch to T-Mobile next month and get a real 4G phone.

Mine started with glitches 2 days of having it. Screen freezes, the battery drains even with disabled background, it shuts itself off and hangs up on important calls. To charge $300 for this is highway robbery. Should be gold for that cost. Im on my 2nd one in 3 months and again 2 days same glitches!

This phone is a piece of garbage. I have been through 3 of them in 8 months. Speaker stopped working in the first, the touch screen on the second. It freezes up and goes blank frequently. Battery only makes it half way through the day with normal use. I wish Metro would consider giving me a different model instead of replacing a bad phone with another bad phone every 3-4 months! I'll never buy another Samsumg!!

Its a nice phone but the battery is poor; everything else is good so far.
