This the worst phone that I have ever got I have gone through four phones so far and I may end up going through another one this intercept phone should be recalled because it is a horrible phone.

This phone sucks!!!! It runs super slow always freezes, always force closing, does not have the ability to hold any apps except the ones that came with the phone. I am having the worst case of buyers remorse with this phone. Don't buy this phone because its not worth the hassle.

I had this phone for a total of three months before it broke and I had to replace it. Absolutely horrible phone.

If this phone came with an instruction manual that might help. So far I have had this phone for three days and I still can't get any music app to work on it, including Google music. In addition to this they preload it with some really annoying apps from Virgin Mobile that take up a lot of space and don't work well which also can't be un-installed. My patience with this phone is running out quick. I wouldn't waste your money on this one people.

Absolutely terrible phone after Froyo update, but Spring CS is worse than the phone itself!

I have only had this phone since March and I am on my 9th replacement due to it :freezing up, locking up, shutting off, going to the internet, when I don't push buttons, calls people out of nowhere, sends ramdon texts, whites out. It is not easy to do stuff with, a lot time when I do send a text it sends it to a different person; when I try to call someone it will call some one else, it drops calls easily. Let's just say I would have stayed away from this phone if I could. I hate it and Sprint and is letting me do another upgrade cause of the problems I have with this phone. SO IF I WAS YOU I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I ordered the Samsung Intercept on 4-29-11. About 2 weeks after I received the phone and started using it, it started shutting down and powering off. I had to send it back and now I'm waiting for a replacement.
