I hate the fact that you cannot use ringtones or wallpapers from your PC to the phone. It only comes with pathetic Virgin Mobile trashy kids wallpapers and ringtones. On the plus side you can watch YouTube. I wouldn't get another Virgin Mobile phone again as the company is greedy and the phone is very limited to phone calls and texts. Not a phone for a person who likes to customize their phone. It gets an D for the grade.

It is impossible to use custom ringtones or wallpapers with this phone. You can get them onto the phone in one of several ways, but the operating system won't let you select the files. I regret purchasing this handset, as Virgin Mobile has disabled it. I won't be purchasing another VM handset ever.

Really poor phone. Pocket dial way too often. VERY hard to go through menu. Way too touchy.
